Processing & Shipping
Please allow 3-5 days for processing time.
Once item is shipped out , a tracking number will be sent to email provided.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of Golden Essence Naturals products, there are no refunds or exchanges.

Lost & Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen during transit please file a claim with USPS.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item please email us with your order number and pictures showing damaged item(s).
You must contact us by email within 48 hours of receiving damaged item.
Melted Butters
Body Butters may melt in transit
Place in a cool dry area to solidify , or place in refrigerator for about 2 hours.
